- Please make yourself at home, but be respectful of the house/property rules
- Please drive slow in our neighborhood & driveway
HOT TUBS:
Please use a separate bathing suit for the hot tub and rinse it before use. Avoid food, and use a spill-proof, non-breakable cup for drinks. Shower before entering to remove lotions and sand. Pets are not allowed, and please use the outdoor towels provided for the hot tub or beach.
Check the water quality before use; if it’s not right, contact the host. Turn off jets and lights, and keep the hot tub covered when not in use. Consult a doctor if you have health concerns or are using substances that could impair you.

KAYAKS & BOATS:
Please respect our equipment as if it were your own.
Kayaks must be pulled COMPLETELY out of the water after each use.
Children must wear life a jacket & be accompanied by an adult while using the kayaks.
No kayaks on the lake after dark.
Use is at your own risk remember there is no lifeguard on duty.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING:
All recycling to be washed and placed in BlueBox left in your suite. Plastics, Cans, Glass and Cardboard only.
All garbage to be kept in your suite in garbage bag in appropriate bins. If you fill a bag and want to remove there are bear proof bins by the driveway on your way out. Please make sure your bag is sealed and you put in a bin with a black plastic bag and place in the black garbage bag and close the lid securely.
No food is to be left outside at any time as this is an attraction for bears.
QUIET TIME 10:00PM - 08:00AM
No music & no loud voices outside during these hours.
Please be quiet in our driveway when returning from a night out.
Keep music turned down so it cannot be heard from the other suite in your shared home.
PRIVATE BEACH RULES
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY:
There is no lifeguard on duty at this private beach area. Swimming, water activities, and any other use of the beach are undertaken entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to assess the water conditions, weather, and your own swimming abilities before entering the water. Parents you are responsible for your children and children should not be left unattended.
HAZARDS AND CONDITIONS:
The private beach area may present certain hazards and conditions that can pose risks to individuals. These hazards may include, but are not limited to, unstable or slippery terrain, currents, waves, rocks, marine life, weather changes, and other natural elements. Use caution and exercise good judgment when on the beach.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
By accessing and using the private beach area, you agree to release and hold harmless the property owner, their agents, employees, and any affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your use of the beach area. This includes but is not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other claims arising from your actions or omissions.

Pet Policy for Bealby Point Stay
We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Pet Rules:
- Socialization: Pets must be well-socialized with children and other dogs.
- House Training: Pets must be fully house trained.
- Waste Disposal: You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Use the provided garbage can for sealed poop bags.
- Flea and Tick Prevention: Ensure your pet is on a flea and tick preventative. If fleas are found after your stay, you will be responsible for flea remediation.
- Supervision: Pets should not be left unattended in the suite unless they are crate-trained and do not bark excessively.
- Furniture and Hot Tubs: Pets are not allowed on furniture or in hot tubs.
- Noise: Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively.
- Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside.
- Shed Control: If your pet sheds excessively, please consider if they are a good fit for our property, as this may affect future guests with allergies.
- Lake Policy: Pets should not enter the property wet from the lake.
- Pet Fee: $100 per dog per stay. Maximum of 2 small or medium-sized dogs.
