Private Beach Rules

No Lifeguard on Duty:

There is no lifeguard on duty at this private beach area. Swimming, water activities, and any other use of the beach are undertaken entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to assess the water conditions, weather, and your own swimming abilities before entering the water. Parents you are responsible for your children and children should not be left unattended.

Hazards and Conditions:

The private beach area may present certain hazards and conditions that can pose risks to individuals. These hazards may include, but are not limited to, unstable or slippery terrain, currents, waves, rocks, marine life, weather changes, and other natural elements. Use caution and exercise good judgment when on the beach.

Liability Waiver:

By accessing and using the private beach area, you agree to release and hold harmless the property owner, their agents, employees, and any affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of your use of the beach area. This includes but is not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or any other claims arising from your actions or omissions.
